May 02, 2011 i also have the 031.022 version on my c5. Iveentered on nokia ovi suite and tells me 2 update my phone to 032.010 version. I click on install, it starts 2 install, but after 2 minutes it sais nokia ovi suite has lost connections with your phone. Ive tried 2 make what there sais (unplugged, reboot phone, plugged again, click OK) but the problem persist. What can i do? Then open Nokia Software updater, and say update it should say new update found for Nokia C5-00 and will update to 61.5. Then it will update you to generic C5 version. So just to confirm, its. Phone Info Product Code Enable.

This was my third Nokia phone. The phone was good for me especially after upgrading from a lower range one(5130 Xpress music). I enjoyed browsing the internet on it with all the apps I have installed, but after using it for a little above a year, the camera would freeze up the phone when I open it and shortly after that, it stopped working completely. Plus, that thing covering the home/call/menu keys pulled off even when I handled it carefully with no much falls. Now, I'm on samsung galaxy S3 mini after using the C5-00 for two years.
